Bidra med feedbackThis was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I ordered 2 McChickens, 2 McDoubles, 2 small fries, and 2 sweet teas, and it took 40 minutes to receive my food. If fast food can't provide better service than this, then they should just close down! Service rating: 1/5.
I arrived at 10:30 PM only to find the restaurant closed. I was simply told it would be closed for 30 minutes, but an hour and a half later, it still wasn't open. During that time, I saw three employees coming and going, eating food and smoking cigarettes, yet no one provided any explanation. This is incredibly unprofessional. As an expedited driver, I ended up wasting a good hour of sleep over this situation.
At the second window, the woman, who appeared to be a manager based on her attire, asked if I had paid at the first window. I replied no, and when she inquired why, I started to explain that the girl at the window hadn't taken my payment. Before I could finish my sentence, she interrupted me, saying it was probably because I couldn't see her; the window was dark, and she presumably hadn’t been paying attention. I wanted to clarify that I did see her, but she was distracted on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me. Unfortunately, I barely got through my sentence before the woman cut me off, hastily saying, "OKAY MA'AM, HAVE A GOOD DAY," and slammed the window shut. I was trying to communicate respectfully and wasn't trying to be confrontational; I was simply informing her about her employee's lack of attention. I understand the drive-thru needs to keep moving, but if I hadn’t had to rush to work, I would have parked and spoken to her face-to-face. Having worked in the restaurant industry for years, including as a manager, I know the importance of treating customers with dignity and respect. It's disheartening to receive such dismissive treatment, especially as a pregnant woman just wanting her McGriddle. It doesn’t matter that this is a McDonald's inside a gas station—customers deserve respect regardless. If this job helps pay the bills, I hope there's more respect for the workplace. It shouldn’t be too much to ask to address customers courteously. I just wanted my order and a pleasant interaction, but instead, I was met with attitude and an incorrect meal. Absolutely frustrating!
This store and the workers involved with this McDonalds are disgusting.The manager of this location had open sores and scabs all over his face from him picking his face skin(wonder why). This is insanely unsanitary working in the food service industry. My wife would not even eat her food after seeing this guy.Order took over 30 min to receive after having to ask multiple times where my order was. Order came and it was still missing items. Manager could not handle being questioned about it and was extremely nasty and rude while the other employees were laughing about the situation.What a nasty experience and nasty location with nasty employees.
If I could rate a o I would but it only allow one star they don't take your orders only by the machine I do cook to order so I can tell them hot and fresh the machine don't all you to do that. People was get cold hamburgers and frys they were returning there orders so I cancel my order so I didn't have to return mine. Only two people working and 10 waiting some say they been waiting 45 minutes I don't recommend this McDonald's
