My Friends - Cleveland

I’ve eaten here about 5-6 times over the past 3 months and a smattering of times over the last 30 years. During my more recent visits, I was there at variable times of the day, morning, afternoon, and evening. The atmosphere of this place is cozy and welcoming and has never been too crowded. They have a large variety of food and serve breakfast all day. The quality of the food is about a “B” – better than I would expect from a small restaurant like this, but definitely not fine dining. The most exceptional aspect of my visits has been the speed at which the food was prepared. No excessive waiting! It’s never taken more than ten minutes from the time I placed my order until it arrived at the table. The customer service from the wait staff is about a “C-“ however. Most of the workers look and act like their careers peaked 30 years ago and are only going through the motions of being nice. The prices are also very reasonable. If you’re in the area and looking for somewhere to eat, I definitely recommend this place if you want a fast and fairly good quality meal.

I come here often and I just love it! Nothing fancy, but it's always clean, the food is consistently good (love the home fries!!! and the servers are always kind and efficient. Highly recommend

Overall for a first time experience, it was alright. Best part was the food, didn't take too long to bring out and it was delicious. The service was ok, it was fairly packed so they had a guy working in the back help bring food out as well as clean tables and such. He was working hard, great dude. Parking: When facing the front of the building, parking is to the left, a parking lot that seems to be used by the restaurant and nearby apartments. Few spots available when I arrived, can be a bit cramped for larger people like myself.

The service was great. The only complaint was that our home fries were burnt. I like them crispy but they were beyond that.
