Nunzio's Pizzeria - Cleveland

Horrible food, burnt pizza!!! Of course Cannot talk to owner!! Will never eat here again

Ordered from here to a hotel (15 minutes away from this location mind you) was told to expect my food to arrive in an hour to an hour and a half. 2 hours later I receive a phone call telling me it’ll be another 30 minutes. Food arrived, was cold, came with no napkins or utensils and everything was just plain poorly made. Wanted a quick bite but ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours for something digorno could do better… Terrible first impression of Ohio ?

Customer service was bad had me on hold for 10 minutes, pizza was cold when got here i do not live far.

Manager is a disrespectful moron who cancels orders without calling you. Food is ALWAYS cold when it gets here, go to Dominos or any other pizza place this joint is the worst

Folks near Nunzio's are lucky to have them. There is pizza experience present even after midnight on a Monday. Pizza is on a conveyor in a pan which is a personal gripe. That said it's above average for Cleveland.I'd choose this almost always over Cleveland chains. I wish the sauce had more flavor, but not sweetness, cooked longer maybe? I need to visit again. Tied for best in the neighborhood as I understand it as of now.
