Red, the Steakhouse Cleveland

We had damion as our server and he was fantastic. only the problem is that I requested the main floor and we were fixed up. total 1 of the best meal we've ever had

Overall the meal was great. we really liked our server and she immediately told us with our reservation of 5:30, we had no problem to make it a cavaliers game around 7:30. we didn't order any appetizers. our meal did not arrive until 6:50. at the time, most of the tables were empty around us, some of them even sat after us. we had to pierce our meal and we were too late to play. very disappointed.

Red is one of my favorite steak houses in the city and I go quite often and always order the same way. this time I ordered my usual ribeye cooked medium rare. unfortunately it was rarer than medium, so I would cook it again a few seconds more (what I now admit, I would probably not have done and simply taken home) but they want what they pay for properly? it ended again medium well, which in my opinion ruined it quite a bit and I could not enjoy it very much. they would think that the money they're putting on here would be perfect every time. but my sides were good and my drink was strong, so it wasn't a complete one I guess.

The food was over price for quality. I could have eaten at long horns steakhouse and got a better steak.

Waited 3 hours after sitting down for our meal. Service was awful.
