Rib Country - Cleveland

TAKE ME TO THE COUNTRY My girlfriend loves pork BBQ ribs, and I love pulled pork. When we eat out as a couple, we often want to split a combo and can't agree. This place has a combo that is the perfect meal for us. So love that. Food quality is excellent! Okra is fried, but still has the vegetable freshness. Ribs were up to gf's high standards : I wish we lived closer and could go here monthly. Come to ATL!

I 've eaten at Rib Country several times over the years at 3 locations, this particular time in Cleveland, GA. I don 't like giving negative reviews but sometimes it 's the way it is. I look forward to the Ribs here but this time, about 2 weeks ago, they were not charred black the way Ribs are done but burnt to where they were not enjoyable. I could taste the burnt more than the meat. Also, to get a salad as a side with our meal, we were informed by the waitress that there would be a 3.50 up-charge, EACH, added to our bill. ÷ , ;!!! and that 's what I think about that and how ridiculous it is. A Salad, everywhere I 've been is always a side dish option unless you order it in addition to thev2 sides offered with the meal. Needless to say, that after paying over 40 for this meal, such as it was, we 've ate our last time at the great, Ribs Country, no matter where it is. Sorry, but sometimes bad reports are NECESSARY and needed to inform even loyal patrons, like me, what to expect next time if you haven 't been there in a bit. Paul E.

Honestly one of my favorite BBQ restaurants of all time, and I'm really big on BBQ. The brisket is fantastic, and the ribs are even better. The desserts are great too, and the portions are big. Couldn't ask for more, definitely a must-visit for BBQ fans in the area.

Disappointed with the ribs, shrimp were good though

The ribs fell off the bone, and the chicken was juicy and perfect but the real star is their homemade ranch and fried green tomatoes. I'll be back for that.
