Taco Bell - Cleveland

The service was great! The food was prepared quickly correctly. My Nacho Bell Grande was delicious because I had toppings to cover all the nachos- even to the very last one!

I leftbecause people were waiting 25 minutes for food, but I have been there before and service and food was great. Maybe not enough staff that day???

Food is usually good, but I don’t think I’ve ever got my whole order. Forgot a chicken chipotle burrito and a beefy melt, so it could’ve been worse. Didn’t get a receipt either so that’s cool.

I did a mobile order and as I entered the parking lot I received a text saying go inside to the pickup counter. I did this and stood there for nearly 30 minutes as they prepared other peoples food that had ordered after I came in the door. I decided to go inside because when I use the drive thru it’s a strange process. I’m not saying I won’t go back to Taco Bell, but I will not be going back to this one.

They gave me the wrong order and since I was on lunch and unable to bring back the food right away because of work not only did I not get to eat but they wouldn’t give me a refund. Then the manager yelled at me from the back of the kitchen when it wasn’t even busy unwilling to show herself. The restaurant was unclean and I wasted $11 for nothing.
