Jade Steak Sushi - Cleveland

I made a reservation for 4pm since it was available on open table but they don't open till 5. They called about 2 hours before our reservation and let me know. Everything was great, my only complaint is how smell the appetizer tacos are for the value. They truly are a two bite crispy lobster taco. I think adding a third one would make more sense for how much it costs. Sushi was delicious!

Service was terrrible from the first interaction of a phone call requesting a reservation and essentially being denied. To the owner coming to my table for a complaint and making excuse after excuse for the poor service.

Food was very enjoyable. Brussels sprouts were perfectly crispy, sweet yet tangy. Spicy Edamame was quite spicy. All sushi was tasteful. Their play on an Asian salad with ginger was highly elevated and fresh. The chocolate pot de crème may be one of the best desserts in Cleveland! The toasted marshmallows on top brought the dessert up a notch. Service was fair/adequate. Quite loud also.
