This is a unique establishment, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Tender combo, which comes with small fries and a small drink, as well as a blackened chicken combo with red beans and rice, a frozen strawberry lemonade, and a blackened chicken sandwich. When I requested the spicy sauce that is typically used on their regular chicken sandwich, along with some BBQ sauce, they informed me that there would be an additional charge for the sauces! I inquired if this was indeed their policy, and Wanda confirmed that it was. I then asked to see that policy. Service: Takeout.

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Vanessa. The food was fantastic, earning a perfect 5 out of 5, and the service also deserves a solid 5. The atmosphere was equally impressive, scoring a perfect 5 as well. Overall, a delightful dining experience!

Great fast food chicken! I dined in for lunch, and it was a satisfying experience. The price per person was around $10 to $20. The food was rated a solid 4, the service was excellent at 5, and the atmosphere was enjoyable as well, scoring a 4.

Unbelievable experience! The saying "the customer is always right" certainly doesn't apply here. Avoid this place at all costs! Save your time and energy—this establishment seems to excel in terrible service. If you come across anywhere worse, please let me know. I've dined everywhere from New York City to tropical destinations, and I can confidently say this is the worst dining experience I've ever had!

The coleslaw tasted off and stale this time, and I'm really disappointed. I even considered bringing it back!
