I have celiac disease, and I was really impressed by the service and the precautions taken to ensure gluten-free food with minimal risk of cross-contamination. The staff was very knowledgeable and could explain the steps they take to maintain safety. They even have a dedicated gluten-free fryer. I ordered the beef stew, which is something I almost never find in the United States. The server confirmed that my meal was gluten-free when they brought it to the table. Overall, I give high marks for safety, as well as excellent food and service.
