Foyle's - Clifden

We just a lovely weekend with friends in Foyles hotel. The hotel is cosy and welcoming. All of the staff from reception, to the restaurant and bar were very friendly and helpful. It's a great location in the middle of Clifden, so plenty to see and do. We'll definitely be back again!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and in centre of Clifden. Gorgeous food and the most cosy and inviting bar.Highly recommended. Looking forward to staying again.

In the short holiday stay in Clifden, we enjoyed this hotel very much that has been able to keep an old decor of high quality and a family atmosphere that have a lot of charm. Especially don't change anything! the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, decorated with a lot of taste. The cuisine of the hotel restaurant is really excellent, the delicious breakfasts. The reception is perfect, very attentive and friendly. We want to come back as soon as possible.

Love the food and Staff at this Hotel. Rooms a little drab but that reflects in the pricing.

All around five stars from me. Right in the middle of the charming town of Clifden with free parking. Great, traditional rooms, a very nice restaurant (had dinner on one of the nights and it was outstanding , great breakfast with attentive service and I just love Mullarkey’s bar (hi Jake!! . Used to come to Clifden regularly and it was great to see that the place hasn’t been spoiled since I have last been around twenty years ago and will definitely be back to stay at Foyles Hotel again.
