The person serving me at this restaurant was very rude. Make sure to count your change, as she tried to shortchange me by 40 euros. Additionally, I had to wait a long time for my order.

We at St. Angela's College Sligo Student Union have a great partnership with Supermacs in Sligo. They always go the extra mile for us and offer competitive prices. Aziz Jamal in particular is always welcoming and friendly. That's why we choose to work with them year after year!

Recently, the food quality at this restaurant has decreased and the customer service is practically nonexistent. The food is often undercooked and not what was ordered. We even received a rude comment under the server's breath. The manager lacks customer care and exhibits arrogance. The drive-thru staff frequently gets orders wrong and does not listen to customers. It is clear that this establishment needs better management and staff who genuinely care about their job. It is disappointing because we used to enjoy dining here.

I ordered a classic Margherita pizza from this restaurant tonight. A Margherita pizza should have tomato sauce, but this one had no sauce at all, just cheese. It was basically a bland bread with cheese. The workers here clearly do not know how to properly make a Margherita pizza. I do not recommend this place.

I ordered a Cheese/Bacon burger meal for over 10 euros as a takeaway. The burger was quite expensive and very messy. The cashier at the hatch was unfriendly and needs to be changed as soon as possible. Customers should be treated with courtesy, even if the cashier hates their job. A takeaway Chinese meal would provide better value for a similar meal. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. The drive-through layout was poor.
