Iichiya Sushi - Cliffside Park

Just walked in today and ordered a Shrimp Tempura Bento Box Lunch. This order came in with a Salad with Ginger Dressing and Miso Soup. The food was fresh and well prepared and presented. The young server was attentive and friendly. I am definitively coming back to explore more items from the menu.

I got a copy of their menu in my mailbox so I decided to give this restaurant a try. Their menu is filled with typos. It says their lunch special runs from 11:00AM to 3:00PM. But their restaurant opens at 12:00PM? So I went there at 12:00PM. The place was closed. Wtf kinda restaurant is this? The Burger King down the block is run better than this place.

This is a great place at a great location. We live across the street at Winston Towers and we're surprised to find this place that recently opened. Great Shushi very fresh. The Hibachi is a great value at $19.99. Unbelievable portions and big shrimp in enough quantities. Service is very attentive to your needs. Totally recommend this place. Hope they get enough business and can sustain themselves.

First time here and give the food 10/10.Presentation was great as well!We ordered a seaweed salad and the portion was enough for two people, that was a plus!It happened to be lunch time and they have a special so we ordered the chicken hibachi which comes with soup and salad.and then the special of three rolls and soup and salad, which we got spicy shrimp crab and a christmas roll (tuna, avocado and masago)They brought out the soups and salad first, loved how it was presented it to us. Then the main entrees.The food was super well cooked and fresh.Then for dessert we had a tempura cheesecake, omg so delicious! and loved the plate it came in!Overall great eating experience.Wish the waiter was more chatty lol but that’s ok!I would def be coming back!!

Delicious sushi. Very generous portions, we beautiful presentation. They just opened so there is never a wait.Easily our favorite local spot to walk into and grab a great meal fast
