Bidra med feedbackYou must try the Mixed Kebab at this restaurant. Everything was well-seasoned and it comes with rice, tzatziki, onions, and pita. It is definitely worth the money and offers great value for a delicious meal.
Meatballs couldnt be worse, small black dry. UNSAVORY!! For your information, what you sell as meatballs is not meatballs. Kokorec. we couldnt reach kokorec from tomato! sorry for our money and waiting! Türkler köfteden anlar, bu eleştirilere kulak verin köfte nedir nasıl yapılır biraz bakın.
The restaurant definitely made the dishes appear much larger in the pictures. The portion size for the price was quite small. The taste was average at best.
I have never seen a Kokorec served in a pita bread before, which is not ideal. It should be served in a loaf or "somun" bread. The restaurant should be more specific about this in their menu.
While I'm sure they make a fine adana kebab, there are any number of places nearby to get that and all the other Turkish basics. The reason to come here is for the items you won't find anywhere else. Our group of four ordered a bunch of small plates and shared, which is probably the best way to enjoy Meyhane. Standouts: red cabbage tarator, octopus tapa, beef cheeks, beef tongue casserole, lamb liver, lamb kidneys, and sautéed intestine. For dessert, the halvah with ice cream was outstanding. Service was super friendly and helpful; the waiter thoroughly and cheerfully answered all our questions about the menu. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes!
