We have been going here for the last 2-3 years and absolutely loved the food! However, the last 2 times we?ve gone our orders have been messed up : pretty disappointing. Hoping things turn around!

Ordered a toasted double bacon sandwich with no ketchup. Received an untoasted sandwich with ketchup. Couldn?t spot the bacon with a microscope.

Clean, fast, friendly service, very fresh coffee. Bagel was good but could have had more cream cheese and honestly, I've never seen such a thin layer of lox. But I'll give it another try. Bagels are very good

One of the worst bagel places I have ever been to. Staff is lousy the food is semi good and the prices outrageous for getting a wrong sandwich every single time I come here and the staff wants to get nasty and rude about it because they screwed up not my problem you hate your job get another one the one gentleman there was apologetic and the other lady was like would you order with a snarky attitude. I'll definitely not be coming back here again only unless I'm desperate
