Half of our order never came, driver said he'd go back and get it but never showed up, came back or called.

Awesome local bagel shop! The bagels are always fresh and large. Good variety of bagels and cream cheese flavors too. If you?re looking for an authentic NY style bagel, this is the place to go. My go-to order is sesame with jalapeño cream cheese.

Hello, My husband and I went to your bagel shop today with a friend visiting from out of state. We asked your employee for a veggie sandwich with capers. Your employee said ?so a lox supreme but veggie? and I repeated it after that and said yes but without the lox. I ordered another sandwich a lox supreme normal. We had a friend with us and English is their second language and he was taking a little bit longer to review the menu because he was new to West end bagel. Your employee was extremely rude and impatient waiting for our friend to order. When people are speaking to each other in a language other than English then speaking to you in English this should not be a reason to get frustrated, this is a time to approach with patience and understanding. There was only two people behind us and another employee was helping them. I didn?t understand the rush. After we got our order the employee had made two lox supreme sandwich. I know that lox is salmon and that?s why I told them no lox on one of the sandwiches. I know there was a miscommunication but my husband is a lifelong vegetarian and we have never had a problem ordering a bagel sandwich this way before. Your employee went on to blame us for the error and even said there is no Veggie sandwich in your store even though it is clearly written on your board and they were incredibly rude. Sadly, we will not be returning to your restaurant because of the discomfort we felt today.
