Hate leaving bad reviews But stay away! I usually always order lunch from here and although they could be better they are also not the worst. Today I decided on having a burrito for dinner. But instead got half cooked corn. Beans that were cold, soggy rice, weird tasting guacamole that left a bitter taste in my mouth. And although I asked for light sour cream I got an gallon of it! There’s no reason for a pickup order that they made while I was there to be cold. My impression is they are taking short cuts and it definitely shows.

This place should be shut down! Immediately. So many things to point out that are all kinds of wrong. Service is the absolute worst! Something needs to be done about this. So unacceptable. Deserves ZERO stars! Dirty. Unsanitary workers look like they don’t want to be there. One person working the orders. Line is like 30 people long! Food is sloppy get it together!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I was racially discriminated in this establishment. I was escorted off the premises due to the incompetence of the staff. I would never visit this location ever again. I’m not sure who the manager on duty was because they never attempted to resolve the issue. I will be escalating this to corporate. I would advise you not to visit this store if you want to be treated properly by staff. The African American male who i would assume was the manager never addressed us but instead hid in the back, called the cops and falsely accused us of having a physical altercation that never occurred. Waited for a hour and left with no food. Customer service=0, Cleanliness= 0 Management =0 ! Highly do not recommend.

It’s Monday 9:15pm walk in to pick up. They had no lettuce, no garlic steak new featured item there prompting now, no sour cream to pour over anything, no white rice, or no corn. As I stand there to pay I noticed the side bar making to go plates was well stocked and had everything customers who walked in couldn’t receive. Manager no we’re to be seen asked for him/her and was told he’s in the back somewhere. I don’t understand why you would open till 10pm if nothing is available, especially toppings which makes the whole dish. Very disappointed customer, don’t go after 9pm!!!!

Great food, the only thing I didn't like is that there was only one person preparing the food. Looks like they had 2 people for online orders. I downloaded the app for next time, the line for online orders was shorter.
