Bidra med feedbackI proceeded to pay for my order at the register and asked to speak to the manager. He was understanding and apologized for the situation. As I was voicing my complaint, one of the owners intervened and attempted to apologize, but it was clear that she was not sincere. A younger employee tried to diffuse the situation as she could sense my disappointment. If the owner continues to behave in this manner, the corporation should reconsider allowing them to represent their brand, as they are tarnishing its reputation. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. It's unfortunate that such a negative experience has impacted my perception of the establishment.

Everyone they hire, is a barely speaking English foreigner. I told them 2 times while placing my order and another 3 times when they was making it, followed up when they was handing it to me (steak, cheese, an tubby sauce). Only 3 ingredients and they still messed up my order with putting no freaken cheese on my sub. How dumb do u haft to be to miss 1 out of only 3 ingredients that I asked for on my sub, theis tubby's needs to do better on who they hire to cook.
