Baskin-robbins - Clinton Township

I ordered a cake for my girlfriend's birthday online and made the order days in advance. When we arrived at the store at our scheduled pickup time, the cake was not ready. The person assisting us responded with "I don't know what to tell you" but did eventually give us a cake that was somewhat similar to what we had ordered. However, this was only after I pointed out that I had already been charged and they did not have my order. The service was rude and unprofessional, and I will not be returning to this location.

I went to Baskin-Robbins hoping to treat myself, only to discover they no longer serve Chocolate Almond ice cream. I was very disappointed.

I don't know how they managed to get our order wrong when we were just 2 feet away from the person taking it.

I have been going to this location since i was a child. Fantastic place and a great staff. Highly recommended.

Me and my son came on Memorial Day. The worker was very rude. Did not even get my order right. Never again
