EDITED REVIEW: raised from 1 star to 4 stars after owner noticed and responded since I couldn't otherwise contact them. Hopefully the cup issues get sorted out as there are always greats choices and everything is really tasty, service is always greats ans fast, and eberything is super clean. 5 stars when the lids/cups are resolved! Love Sweetwater so much that I drive out of my way to get it/get it when out that way. However, the cup/lid has changed and has made a huge mess and damage! The lid has popped off my large, hot cup 2 times today, and there is latte mess was everywhere! And despite cleaning up the cup and lid, it is also leaking to try to drink from it. The LID IS WAY TOO LOOSE! I tried to call multiple times to let them know so they can address it, or at least provide a warning, and no answer and a full voicemail. I don't know how to connect with them short of driving back. I'm not sure if this is a franchise issue or all Sweetwater locations issue. This needs to be fixed, but miminimally, posting here, maybe this ALERT PEOPLE TO BRING THEIR OWN CUP and transfer their beverage saving a massive amount of damage, clean up time, and wasted product.

The coffee drink we ordered was delicious, but we couldn't get a croissant sandwich from this location. Great staff.

Had a wonderful experience at Sweetwaters this morning. This was my first time visiting a Sweetwaters also. The barista was very knowledgeable and my mocha was delicious.

I get my coffee from this place every morning. The staff is great and the Dreamy Cold Brews with Lavender are unmatched. Bella gets me to try all the new flavors and they never disappoint. Love it here!

I haven't had anything there except coffee but it's very good. The staff is friendly and efficient and it's very nice and spacious on the inside with good Wi-Fi. Some of their fancier drinks are a little pricey.
