Jimmy John's - Clio

The order was placed for several of us. I ordered the Jimmy Johns take on the Cubano as a combo. Pickle was good. Drink was good. Other guy's sandwiches were packed. One was the Gargantuan. What I got? Three pieces of deli ham (supposed to be smoked ham). No bacon. Two pieces of cheese. Eight pickles. Could have gotten better at Walmart or Subway. Look at your image on the net! Compare it to what I got. Why would I even want to eat your food again? Bread was good. Pickle was good. Not enough for me. 10.49 wasted.

I would give 0 stars if i could. we ordered delivery tonight and one of the two drinks that we ordered was delivered in a cup holder ash tray???????????????? absolutely disgusting. i appreciate the manager who handled the situation well and refunded our order! i NEVER complain because i have worked in the food industry for a few years in the past and i understand that accidents do happen but HOW do you ?miss? a whole ash tray on a cup. i personally feel like it was done intentionally so thank you to the girl who delivered our order?????????

Ordered 2 sandwiches both were made incorrectly called the store and they knew right away which order it was. The person on the phone stated their only option was to request that i drive back up for them to correct it . Informed them that as i was on break and could not do so i was laughed at and then told that they would inform the higher manager to do a partial refund i inquired as to the managers name in case it was not followed up with (it happens he stated that he could not give out the managers name and if i did not give him my receipt number there is nothing he can do. (they can't look up transactions on orders they already knew at the start? $40 and change for poor customer service and two wrong subs never again

One of the best sandwiches I have had in a long time. Not much of a seating area inside but outdoor tables are available. Store had alot of boxes(supplies) cluttering up the store front. Not sure what that was about. Would still go back.

Awful place! Gave us the wrong subs with no meat in them and the wrong chips. Don?t go here. Absolutely terrible that they messed up both subs and chips and we paid money to have meat on our subs.
