La Vespa Italian E Trattoria

The food was decent, but the service left a lot to be desired. The restaurant appeared unclean, the restroom had a noticeable odor, and the decor looked worn out. Additionally, the acoustics were poor, making the atmosphere quite loud even without any music playing.

The meal was fantastic, just like always. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is lovely, and the food is absolutely delicious.

We had two Corsican meals and three in total, but our experience was marred by the lack of service and attention at our table. We waited a long time for our server to become available, even though other tables around us were being set for new guests. It's a shame, as this really tarnished what could have been a great dining experience.

Great eating and at a very good price, we go here for a lot as it is local and that never disappoints. the staff are very friendly and always happy to get them what they need.

Despite us booking the table for happy hour the waiter did not apply the happy hour pricing until we queried the bill and then deducted about £20 this destroys trust in the establishment. The pizzas were average.
