Slow and bad service also got an appetizer of buffalo boneless wings and it didn't look like they were shaking it well.

Very slow service. Took 15 minutes to get my drink and 45 minutes to get food last night. Place was maybe half full. Ordered burger medium well and it was medium rare at best. I would have liked to have it sent back to get it cooked more but no one came back for 10 minutes. Server was kind at least.

The food and bar service was excellent!! But the amount of cell phone usage and conversations that were inappropriate where guests could hear was beyond disbelief. One server alone expressing at 9:30 on a Friday night how she wished no one else would come in so she could be cut. Servers looking at the door at guests asking from across the room are you waiting to be seated as they're on their phones and eating, instead of getting up to help them. I might come back but only to get appropriate service at the bar top but will never set at an actual table in dining room!!

Service was slow . Took forever to get our food. Chicken and shrimp was good but not sizzling hot like last time. Steak was over cooked not once but twice. Manager made it right by discounting our check. Plus added a dessert.

Absolutely beyond disappointed. My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. Our server Brandon was very nice while taking our order, but that was about it. We got our appetizer, no plates or sauces to dip anything in. It took over 10 minutes to get plates, AFTER we ended up asking someone else. We didn’t get our dipping sauce until 5 minutes after we got our main course. He brought my husband a refill and walked away. We literally watched him tentatively serve every other table except us. Our “special” dinner was pretty much a waste of time. The manager took our appetizer off and that was it. We had been sitting with our food finished for another 15-20 minutes before even getting the ticket. Of course once the ticket was down he was quick to take the card and return it. There was no apology, no sincerity, absolutely nothing. I am extremely upset about our anniversary dinner not being even so much as pleasant. Thanks Applebee’s, and thanks Brandon for the most unwelcoming and disrespectful visit.
