Crazy to me that your employees would rather sit in the back on their phone in the office instead of help the kitchen, who is WAY behind (30+ minutes). Alarms going off the whole time... not sure what I just experienced. Very disappointed in my unfresh food.

I ordered a pizza online, went and picked it up, only to literally pull hair out of my mouth while eating the pizza. When I called to get my money back the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. While I was in the store to pick the pizza up it took 5 minutes for an associate to even enter the store to help me, and nobody had gloves or hairnets. Do not recommend getting any kind of food from here.

Ordered pizza at 6, they asked when do you want to get them. 630 is when we can be there, prefect, waited until 715 for pizza to get done Store is a complete pigsty, frozen items leaking in fridges, floor with trash everywhere, bathroom a disgusting mess, just sad how Caseys has gone downhill.

Everytime I come here never any receipt paper in the gas pumps few pumps don’t even work and there’s no window washer fluid to clean windows after I’ve told them several times Everytime I come here I have to go in and get a receipt which I shouldn’t have to do.
