Bidra med feedbackWe look forward to Chinese food after a day hike, and this is surprisingly good in Fresno. You have dim sum and main courts! Very authentic Cantonese style dim sum, love the season. Extra star for the mutton pot, it was really original recipe cantonese homemade style, which is hard to find, also in Bay Area. Maybe we set our expectations low, but this place is a great find!
Four Seasons was our choice to dine for our Friday family dinner. Upon entering we were greeted with a delicious smell and welcoming polite staff; and a fresh comfortable A/C environment. Place was clean and had a nice home feeling with the sounds of pans and cooking to order meals in the back kitchen. Other family members joined us so we had a group of 12 and were able to order a variety of dishes and share on the rotating part of the table. We ordered everything from Walnut Shrimp to Eggplant w/chicken, way to much to list so I provided a picture of our food ticket. Everything was cooked to order and plates came out steaming and sizzling providing an intriguing aroma. Service was beyond perfect and kept our glasses filled with cold beverage and smiles for everyone. What I liked personally about Four Seasons is that they have General Tso 's Chicken, which I only had in the east coast back when I was active in the good Old Corps. Only con was there wasn 't sauces offered for the Calamari or Pot Stickers, other than that everything was on point. I give this place a 4.2 and definitely would recommend it for Date night or family night, we will definitely be back.
When it comes to Chinese food, my parents are the greatest critics with high standards, whether it is good or not. I took my parents for a little celebration because of the positive Google reviews. And I can testify that this place is good! My Asian parents approve and enjoy the food! Recommend this place if you are looking for decent and authentic Chinese food!
There are not many Dim Sum elections in Fresno, so when I found out about Four Seasons, I just had to come and try a little of everything from the menu. Our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs. Delicious remains!
So this is more to the real Chinese food. The food doesn't taste like panda so you might have to get used to it. But overall I liked the food. The family was really looking forward to the Peking duck but it ran out ..so did the roasted duck. Our fault bc we went too late. So if u want duck then go early. There is so many dishes to choose from. And it adds up pretty fast so don't go wild unless u want to. Some dishes starts to taste the same. But either than tat it's a good experience.
