Premier Inn Swansea Waterfront

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel. Always a very friendly welcome, staff are what makes this hotel so special. Excellent breakfast menu, and good evening meal choices. Waiting staff are brilliant, especially Katie, nothing is to much trouble. Food drinks: Excellent breakfast menu,and good choice of evening meals. Rooms: 4 Service: 5

Myself and my partner visited couple of weeks ago and didnt end up staying here due to the poor quality of the hotel. I've stayed in a fair few Premier Inn's and this one is by far the worst. First of all the windows wont open so you feel like you're trapped in a box and outside the window is scaffolding. No usb ports for charging just standard plugs (its 2023) tv was tiny and laptop sized. The room literally stunk of sewers, there was what looked to be blood on the curtains. The wall looked as though it was going to fall over, it was just an absolute let down. I got a refund, but had to pay for parking and had a waste of 2 hours sorting this out. Staff did move us room that one we were moved to wasnt much better and also smelt, but this time of a musky hospital ward. Wouldnt recommend staying here at all and i'm disappinted in premier inn for this hotel since all the other ive stayed in were much better. Parking is expensive considering it's right next to the hotel. Wifi is also an issue. Don't waste your money.

We arrived earlier than planned but Andrea on reception was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. You have to pay an extra £10 but well worth it. The car park was very close but another review recommended coins for the ticket machine which was spot on due to the temperamental app. There is a Tesco express next to the hotel in case you need anything extra.The room was very clean and came with tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was powerful enough and the water as hot as you'd like it. Breakfast was first class with so much choice to cover everyone's needs, the fry up was excellent. We will be back!!

First floor reception was a plus for me. You have to request for your room to be serviced,which is a great idea. Great location in my opinion nice walk to city centre. Only negative was lack of view due to renovation work (can't be helped) Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

Staff are always lovely and rooms always clean, cant fault it. Beefeater downstairs is also consistently good. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
