This is a very uniquely managed restaurant by uncle Kin who started this venture after his retirement at 60. It is definitely a success case as a silver hair startups. With his passion on delicacy Cantonese cuisine, he created an humble business with his signature dishes on Pork Knuckles and hot pots. I tried the knuckle noodles which are deliciously seasoned and well cooked. Highly recommended.
