Xiǎo Tīng Rì Shì Lā Miàn

I arrived at the restaurant on Friday afternoon, but it was closed. I had to turn around and leave.

This restaurant is one of the top ramen spots in Hong Kong!

The noodles are packed with delicious soup flavors and the eggs are cooked to perfection.

拉麵的湯底是真正的濃郁，不是加鹽那種只有鹹味的拉麵，麵比較彈牙，不錯，但份量比較少，男性的朋友可能要考慮加底。 麵裡面的蛋是糖心蛋，吃起來口感非常好，叉燒也製作的剛剛好，入口即化，同時這個叉燒的味道充滿口腔，吃的出來有認真制作！ 進店後店員服務態度非常好，會主動上來詢問有什麼需要。 餐廳位置比較偏僻，但是也因此進餐時不會有太多干擾，能平靜享用。 唯一的缺點是價格在這個區域比較昂貴，但是餐廳門面比較狹小，店員在比例下比較多，我認為可以接受。 如果可以改進麵的質地的更好，份量也有一點不足。總括來說給 4/5。

有日本既味道。 有泊車位。不過店內得廿個位左右
