Xué Jì Miàn Jiā - 元朗區

I had a great time at the restaurant, enjoying the beef brisket and tendon with egg noodles. The meat was cooked perfectly and the soup was delicious. The beef stomach was tender and the homemade beef balls were full of flavor. I went during pre-dinner peak hours around 5 pm. The overall dining experience was pleasant, with satisfying portions and a very kind server.

The beef brisket was delicious and well-seasoned, with a rich but not salty broth and a dash of spicy oil that brought out the flavors perfectly. It was great.

I loved the beef brisket noodles at Local Noodle.
