Bidra med feedbackZero stars. Walked in at 7:20pm. No one around to greet us, as a family of 4 came in. People werre at the bar and also at high-tops and table- tops. Went over to the bartender, who was watching the game, if we sit ourselves? She laughed and said sure. Turned around and the tables that were unoccupied, either had plates still on the table top, or the table was cleared but not wiped down. So we waited at a high top for about 8 minutes til the waitress came out to tell us that only the bar was open. Asked if we wanted to sit at the bar? There wasn't 4 chairs available for the kids and us to sit together? Manager came out from the back to watch us walk out. Thanks!
By way of disclaimer, and esp to the TA staff, I'm not going to comment on Covid precautions or vegan/gluten free. This was a nice looking place and a southern chain. 50 taps. Good menu. Marred by a young guy who looked like maybe he was forced to work by a court order or exasperated parents. Absolutely clueless. But he was only one guy and had just started. Nonetheless, just watching him it was kind of clear he was lacking in, shall we say...drive? Sortakinda got our order right, with a lot of coaching and help from the other waitress, who appeared to be running the show. ON the other hand, great fresh beers. My cobb salad was sensational. I didn't even recognize that it was a cobb. It came out in a stack, like a coffee can size...and I asked where the chicken was. When I disassembled it, it was sizeable and fantastic. My wife's salad was the ASian Salad and was also terrific. Thankfully there were only maybe a dozen people otherwise they'd have been decimated. IF service picks up and the chef stays in the kitchen (sensational food) give it a try.
We ventured in for happy hour. Half the beers advertised were out. Bartender more interested in washing glasses and finishing her shift than even taking our order. It wasn't particularly busy but the staff was totally disinterested. Only high point was the food was pretty good. Suggest ordering takeout and drinking beer at your home.
I don’t drink but would love to try some of the exotic beers.
Service was lousy. We had two kids under 5 so you would think the server would bring a kids menu i had to ask a different server for one. Then we ordered some beer. I could have walked to Kroger bought a few cans and walked back faster. Burgers were very good I ordered the chi bowl chicken average the kids chicken tender had morel chicken than my plate.
