Dairy Queen (treat) - Coatesville

A classic place to go grab some ice cream. The employees are great and keep things moving. I feel like the owners don't really care much for the business. The lot can use some taken care of. Unfortunately, DQ isn't what it used to be anymore.

With no one in the line it took 10 minutes to get 2 blooming (smoothed, returned). then came back with new 1s also melted and 1 wrong taste

Love coming to this DQ location because it's close to my house. Extremely disappointed a few months ago when it went to Drive Thru Only, then window and Drive Thru and now back to Drive Thru Only! The line is very slow, yet I see 3-4 employees inside. Why is it Drive Thru Only when there clearly are enough people working inside to take orders from the windows?

Today is the last day I go to DQ. Paid for 2 small Ice cream Sundaes and looked like tiny servings. This is ridiculous. Wish I could show you all the picture of the ice creams. This is the last time I go to DQ. What a ripoff!

I ordered a Memorial Day cake and it was a big hit at the BBQ that I brought it to. They decorated it really nice for the holiday (red, white and blue). The communication at this location is great and Jason was very accommodating. I will definitely buy another cake from them!
