Arby's - Cobleskill

I had a delightful lunch at this restaurant. I ordered a Greek lamb gyro along with some curly fries, and both were delicious. The lady at the counter was very friendly and welcoming, greeting each customer as they entered. The dining and beverage areas were also clean and well-organized, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

My family and I recently visited this restaurant and placed an order. While we were waiting for our card to process, a male staff member in the back was loudly complaining about having to wait for fries, and it only got more uncomfortable from there. We decided to cancel our order, which was around $60, and left to avoid disrespecting the staff. If I could, I would give this experience a triple negative star rating. I’m reluctantly forced to give it one star. I suggest you think twice before dining here in the future.

This Arby's has made notable improvements since the pandemic. Previously, the staff would quietly urge us to leave half an hour before closing time at 8 PM, and the food quality was lacking. However, I just visited the restaurant at closing time (10 PM) and had a much better experience. The employees, Justin and Sabrina, were very friendly and even accidentally gave me extra sandwiches, which they let me keep. The food was delicious, and they took their time preparing it rather than rushing. Additionally, the new remodel looks fantastic!

I stoped by this location and the service through the drive thru was awesome. I believe the guys name who served me was John. Management needs to promote this guy or take care to of him. He was good people. Polite, friendly, and fast. I love coming to Arby's for that orange cream milk shake.

Half of the employees even managers just stand there talking . i walked up a manager josh had just walked away from the counter and went started socializing. . but he had just took there order! he just came from around the counter and stood in dinning area chatting . i stood here for 20 mins. i called owners and this guy ias stillthere hes always on the phone . i love arbys food. so iam a regular.he usually heard screaming to someone on his phone. this place is not professional . the only people that are nice is connie. and the young girls. their was a manager chrissy she was super nice and you would always see here running around doing things she never stood still. arbys clearly dont know that good employees means . good service to customers. that dont ,mean someone who just shows up
