Twisted Basil - Cochrane

I walked into the store because I loved the name, but what it contained was so much more. Fresh food, wonderful smells, and an eclectic style of décor that made me feel I wasn't even in my own province! Great food!

Went there for a quick lunch and the waitress got the order for the two of us in before the table of 8 so we got ours quick - great little bit of extra attention there. The food was great as well.

Love this place! Being a vegetarian this is a great option for me to grab a quick lunch on my break. Great gluten free desserts. Highly recommend this place.

Great place to stop and pick up "to go" meals, local preserves and gluten free desserts. Opening soon - Pop-Up Espresso bar. We will be back!

During our stop in Cochrane on our way to Banff, we were thrilled to discover a fantastic restaurant that accommodated my partner's gluten-free dietary restrictions. The food was incredibly delicious and the service was excellent. Our server, Caroline, was delightful. We were also pleased to find that they served kombucha, a beverage we both enjoy. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, not just those who are gluten-free!
