Mcdonald's - Cockeysville

The sandwich was good but the fries had so much salt they weren't edible

Horrible, unfriendly employees, food was all over the wrapper and messy. Kids meal was cold. Fries were cold and wet.

They don 't care at this location. The mobile ordering might have overloaded them but whoever set it up here did it wrong because as soon as they pick up the order it tells you to go inside the order is ready so as others have said you will likely wait 20 min AFTER it says order is ready even if no one else is there. On top of that the people that work there are aware of this but obviously not sympathetic saying I just work here I didn 't set it up. Cop out. Sorry I had to even try here because chick fil a closed at 10

Ordered 4 hot and spicy McChickens and 2 large fries, waited about 20 minutes, was told they had to remake my order and took my receipt. Waited about another 10 minutes and was given 2 regular McChickens and 2 small fries. Didn't feel like waiting in the very long line again to have them correct the mistake and since they took my receipt I didn't feel like dealing with the situation. Threw the food away.Not coming back to this location for lunch time ever again. Completely ridiculous.

Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. Great staff and timely order process.
