Shark Pit Grill - Cocoa Beach

We stayed at the four points Sheridan hotel here and decided to try the breakfast. Ugh. We were definitely disappointed. They didn't have half of the stuff on the menu. Our poor waitress had to keep coming out to tell us that they didn't have this or that. By the way the waitress was great her name was Emily . Thank you for trying to make our dining experience as good as you could.. we appreciate it. Hopefully our tip showed it. Back to the restaurant... I would definitely go elsewhere. It's overpriced and ran down..

Kayla (Barbara) and Deborah were great servers. Busy place with changes happening so menu isn’t even correct management seems the issue but service great and food pretty good just a bit busy and only 2 servers but no issues.

I’d like to start by saying this has NOTHING to do with the hotel and EVERYTHING to do with the restaurant. Restaurant closes at 10:00pm, we arrived at 9:20pm. I manage a restaurant, so being cognizant of the fact that they do close soon we asked to order today. Started by being greeted with attitude. Menu tossed on the table. Told “the kitchen is about to close” so they don’t have pizzas. Two of us ended up not ordered because of it (however I do understand the oven might be turned off early, would have just been nice to know on the website). We order a ceaser salad and a burger. We were told then it would take about 20 minutes. We received our order at 9:55 (35 minutes after we sat down) after we were told two times it was “almost ready” one time the server looked at me, went to the back, heard her say “yeah because she’s pissed” then come out and say “your food it almost ready. 10 seconds. That’s it.” That was at 9:46. After that we kept waiting? Watched as two of their friends walked into the bar and were greeted well, served a drink? And served food all before we received any food. After their friends got food, the cook looked at us then looked at the server and said “they wanted a burger right?” Which made us think they hadn’t even started our burger yet. Overall this was a terrible experience and a terrible way to end our day. Would not ever recommend this restaurant if that’s how all servers are.

Waitress was rude and took over a hour to get my food and asked why there was a tip on there and the waitress said do the math
