Not your run of the mill restaurant. Dozens of restaurants in Brevard County offer extremely similar menus, but the Fat Snook 's menu is totally different from anything you 've been offered before. Sure, they have shrimp, scallops, crab offerings and steaks, but the way they are prepared is something that only a imaginative chef might conjure up. No 'cooks ' here, just chefs. Some portions were about what you might expect, while a few other portions were on the small size. We didn 't take anything home. I opted for the duck breast entree while the others at the table tried the scallops and shrimp in various presentations. No complaints. Desserts were unique and satisfying. If you don 't like your food 'spicy ' ask to have them tone down the peppers. Check out the menu on-line. Not inexpensive. But entirely different. Service was impeccable.

The Fat Snook has unparalleled presentation and service. It brings a modern and innovative take to local seafood. Cannot express strongly enough how good the food is. Highly, highly recommend any of the market catch entrees, the blue crab special, or the Caribbean Cornbread.
