Bagel 13 - Cocoa

Ordered a Cheddar Bagel with steak, egg and cheese. Breakfast Bagel was delicious, I was hesitant of the reviews, but I'm glad I ordered the breakfast here.

Online ordering never works and the phone line is always busy. Bagels are good, but the lack of avenues to order makes people avoid this place. I don't understand. Other Bagel13?s do not have such problems. Disappointed.

My second time here, and it's pretty good! I got a breakfast sandwich both times and was surprised how soft and tasteful the bagels are. I also appreciate that they cut the sand automatically in half, without being asked what seems like a strange thing to a place, but I forgot to ask both times and still appreciate the thoughts of convenience. My only complaint is that they're a tad slow, so maybe you won't go if you're in a hurry, but it's good to wait.

I was really looking forward to my first visit and trying a delicious loaded bagel. I ordered cream cheese, smoked salmon, and onions. However, I was incredibly disappointed when I got home to find that it was so burnt it was practically inedible. I couldn't even take a bite! I ended up having to throw away a large portion of it. It was such a letdown, especially considering it cost nearly $10.

I stopped by to pick up a quick bagel, and it took over 30 minutes to receive my order. However, the bagel and service were both good.
