Rock N' Roll Ribs - Coconut Creek

During my first visit to this restaurant, I found the ribs to be a bit dry. However, the owner asked about our experience and made some recommendations. The next time I visited, I followed his suggestion and tried the baby back ribs, which were much juicier. The coleslaw had a nice tart flavor, and the potato salad was creamy. The onion strings were a bit greasy, but that was to be expected. The portions were generous and the flavors were well-balanced. The young staff was enthusiastic and energetic. Personally, I found the restaurant to be a bit loud, but others may appreciate the lively atmosphere. I also tried the pulled pork for lunch, which was less crowded but still delicious. My only complaint is that I wish they served draft beer instead of just bottled options. Overall, a positive dining experience with room for improvement.

D fucking licious! Went with the baby back ribs punch special, felt only the special! The ribs were dropped from the bone, as they should be and barely hold on to a fork! Also the pages were good. Great place, look at her!

Rock N Roll Ribs is a tradition for my friends, family, and me whenever we are in the area. The ribs here are unbeatable - the best I've ever had. Trust me, you won't find better ribs anywhere else. My go-to order is the "appetite of the beast."
