Sweet Lou's Tap House - Coeur D' Alene

Always a go to for family to meet at when I visit my hometown. Love the location and view of downtown park and lake. Food quality is good. I recently tried the Shrimp Po’boy with sweet potato fries. It was very good! My only wish is that the fries were cooked a little longer. Beers on tap were great. They have a large drink menu with a few non-alcoholic options, which I love!! Great happy hour options, kid friendly, elderly approved, and sports on tv.Outdoor seating in the summer time is extremely busy, no reservations so send someone to put name on list at least 45-60 mins before said meeting time.

Don't order the pork ribs they are overcooked and the bone bends like rubber.When we talked to the manager he said yep that's the way they come when we overcook them didn't do anything for us but I won't order the ribs there again.

Visited the city for a few days. Came here twice. Fantastic patio and not just pet friendly, but full on dog customer service. Had tacos the first time the 60/40 burger next time. Great food. Staff is amazing.

Great patio! Staff was so friendly, and the food was wonderful! Allergy friendly menu options, AND dog welcoming. We will be back for sure!

I loved it! I didn't know it was a sports bar/restaurant so wasn't expecting how noisy it was. but it was great! I've been looking for a good sports place that serves great food. The prices were very fair. We spent about $20pp with food and a drink.
