Santoro's Pizza - Coffee County

Santoro's has fantastic pizza, and fantastic food overall! The people that work there are super nice and they offer good deals! I love Santoro's!

The pizza is excellent and the prices aren't bad. However, the service was terrible. We called in the order and had to wait on hold forever, then were spoken to rudely when finally getting the chance to place our order. Then of course it wasn't even ready when we showed up to pick it up, in fact they hadn't even started it yet. And there was barely even any customers there when we showed up to pick it up.

I've been ordering from Santoro's for years now. In reply to the woman complaining, I just ordered with my credit card and only the last 4 digits were on the receipt. The food is always good and you get huge portions for the price. I would recommend a Greek grilled chicken salad or the chicken broccoli ziti alfredo dinner. I will continue to order from here.

I've been eating here for years. The food is always good, a huge portion for what you pay. The credit card slips only show the last four digits on the printout like they're supposed to. I would eat here all the time. So what if there's some high school kid on the phone? THE FOOD IS GREAT!

We 've been to this Santoro 's before previously and always ordered via phone. When paying with a credit card I was always asked for the card number, expiration date, and the security code on the back. (Later finding out it was so they would not be charged an extra 50 cents for putting it through without the security code. . I was highly disappointed when I ordered (for the last time! that they apparently only had one driver, that it 'd take longer than an hour and a half for the food to arrive, and that they never bothered to contact me about the time! When I arrived to pick up my food they charged me twice for food that had been sitting there for the better part of an hour and later on I found out (via online banking that not only had I been charged twice... I 'd been OVERCHARGED without notice! When confronting the store manager (a man who probably wasn 't even 25, and had an attitude with it he told us we could take our business elsewhere when we told him how upset we were. I don 't run a business but if I had a customer who was concerned about an order or problem I 'd do my best to solve it! Definitely NOT visiting here again! Even the woman taking orders had an attitude towards us and avoiding talking to us until she couldn 't avoid it!
