I didn't eat at this KFC in YEARS, especially because we don't live close enough. But I must say I was super impressed by literally everything there. The lobby was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was SO DARN NICE, the food was probably the best I ever had from any kfc. We don't know that the lobby is closed by 8 but that they would lock the doors, they let us know that we were more than welcome to stay until we were done. The food was hot and fresh, irrespective of the night agitating. Customer service is hard in today's industry, but they have tasted it. Definitely earned this 5 star rating.
