During my recent lunch visit, I had a delightful experience. The meal was fantastic, earning a solid rating of 4 out of 5. Everything was fresh and flavorful, making it a satisfying choice. The service, however, was the highlight of my visit, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that my needs were met promptly. The atmosphere was pleasant but not exceptional, so I would give it a 3 out of 5. It was a comfortable setting, but it didn't particularly stand out. Overall, considering the reasonable price range of $1–20 per person, I would definitely recommend this place for a quick and enjoyable lunch!

The drive-thru menu was outdated, so several items we ordered were no longer available, forcing us to choose alternatives. When we reached the window, the young girl had to take our drink order again because the first person hadn't noted it down. Unfortunately, when we repeated our drink order, she informed us that they were out of Diet Coke, which the first person could have mentioned earlier. The food was disappointing; the burgers were poorly assembled with no attention to detail, and the rooster rolls and hot chips were soggy. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience for nearly $80 worth of food.

We arrived at 7:52pm at Drive-Thru and operating hours are till 8pm. Employees didn't even acknowledge me, no hello hi or sorry we're closed. Don't advertise you're open till 8pm when you close at 7.52pm. I drove further away to KFC, ordered and had my food served by 8pm. Maybe you would be a successful franchise if you employed courteous and hard-working people.
