Caskade Kitchen - Cohoes

The owner farted when she was at my table. It was a squeaky fart. Quiet but still audible. Smelled of eggs. Ruined my meal.

Caskade is exactly what Cohoes and the Albany area needed. Its a little restaurant filled with so much flavor and character. They have a cozy bar that seats about 10 people where we have sat for both drinks and dinner. What I love about the menu is that its small but it has something for everyone. Their menu is constantly changing based on the season and I am always impressed by the ingredients they pair food with which makes for a explosion of flavors in your mouth! The Korean tacos, burrata, and margaritas are spot on. I would highly recommend dining in or taking out!

What a great place!!! Came after work for a cocktail with my sweetheart I had the older Collins he had the Paloma, they were awesome!! We couldn't resist getting some delicious treats. We ordered the Burrata and Tunatartar both were excellent, incredible flavors. And then we ordered the tacos from which I will probably dream until the next time. And then! Yes and then we ordered the delicious green tea cream brulé, excellent. Great ambience that the owner was so beautiful to talk to us. Charlotte, our server was a doll! Can't wait to go back!
