Fresca Tequila Grill - Colchester

Got the right as the (unexpected) live music began. The atmosphere was great with communal seating, cantina seating, and formal seating with plenty of spaces for large parties. The food was excellent and the simplified menu made it very easy to come back a few times to try everything. Our server was fantastic and came back several time to check on us before the kitchen closed. Overall a great restaurant with amazing drinks, food, and service. We will make this place one of our local eats. The food is bland unseasoned. The service is sooo bad. The salsa is really bad. I am not impressed and will NOT be back. The steak was supposed to have aioli nope. The churros for $9 is a rip off. It's advertised with Carmel and chocolate. Oh there is no caramel and the chocolate is like that brown bottle in the store.I so will never be back.

Went here on 4/20 for a wedding dinner (came in from NC). It was quite awesome! The food, drinks, atmosphere, and staff were top notch. I got the Braised Pork bowl and had a few of those Sour Panda beers on draft, it was sick as frick! I'm still thinking about that meal now!I want to go back.4/29/2024: Update I am still thinking about it.

Delicious food, friendly staff, and great vibe. Definitely check this place out!

My God, excellent food, margaritas and ambience! Guys you will not be disappointed!
