A character full and quieter place next to the art center. serves the 'tiptree' company series of light meals, snacks and refreshments, so quality is consistent. the personal was helpful and the service was efficient. there is also an outdoor garden for customers to use.

Beautiful caffe, a little small inside but perfect at a nice day to go in large garden, a lot of space for children, walking around etc. eat and drink a bit expensive as they would expect, but excellent quality, and good portions.

One of the tiptree jam factory teestuben in the minories art gallery. so they can have a portion culture with their tea and cake.

Great environment, friendly staff and delicious drinks and cakes

I wanted a venue to celebrate my birthday, first I found it very difficult to contact grey friars by phone, I finally booked on the line. I also varied the deadline for the food order, both 24 and 48 note required. although I had explained that this booking came together for my special friends as a birthday, no notice was made during our visit. the very large teet pots made the tee very bitter with water jumping up only the tee to a dilute bitter tee smaller pots, supplemented would be better appreciated by ladies who have not particularly strong wrists. the food itself was faultless. the evaporating noise behind our table was quite annoying. the doogy bag / box was quite special to take this cake home that we could not quite press in.
