Bidra med feedbackAwful experience. I waited in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes. Once you're in the line, there's no way to exit.
My husband ordered at the drive-thru, and they mentioned being out of stock on something (I can't remember the specifics). He double-checked whether they could make the drinks we wanted, and they confirmed they could, so we placed our order. Unfortunately, I received the completely wrong drink—I had asked for an iced wild zebra, but I got an iced game day latte instead. I usually wouldn’t mind a mix-up like this since I enjoy all their drinks, but my husband and I suspect they used oat milk in our drinks instead of regular milk. It made my drink nearly undrinkable because it was really unpleasant. Additionally, I couldn't help but think about people with dietary restrictions, like Celiac's, who might suffer if they don’t ask for preferred milk alternatives beforehand. It’s concerning that they didn’t check with us about that.
I can't believe that the espresso machine is out of order. What a disappointment!
The coffee is OK,. But service is extremely slow and if you ask if the French roast is completed that you waited to brew and they they had run out, you will get the pot slammed at you on the counter and you will get a glare before they turn and go back to work. Really clueless about service this place.
Friendly staff, good coffee, white lighting and caramel marvel are my top 2!
