Subway - Coldwater

I came to this place and made a request for my order, the guy preparing the bread, a fly fell on it and still I told him and they delivered it to me like that, it's really unethical.

Stopped in today and the order that my kids usually get at other places she said wasn’t “really allowed anymore”. After explaining what other locations usually do, she made it that way and no problems. Treat people with kindness and understanding and even when there is confusion at first, you can figure out a way to work it out together. Great service!

The Subway located on Chicago Road in Coldwater, next to Ponderosa, is a fantastic spot. They take their time with each order, and the quality of their presentation is quite impressive. It's a shame that not all Subways are like this one.

The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and engaged in conversations with us while serving, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. However, the interior could benefit from some remodeling or a refresh.

When we entered, we were warmly welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient with my indecisive daughter. The subs we selected were fantastic!
