Morelli - Coleraine

The staff was friendly and the double cream vanilla ice cream was delicious. The whipped ice cream was also tasty. However, the chocolate ice cream had frozen ice pieces in it, tasted bad, and was not edible. The seating area on the floors was dirty.

We didn't just go to Morelli's for your average ice cream experience, but for the exceptional Morelli's products that we know and love. The staff were incredibly accommodating in assisting customers with allergies to choose suitable flavors. The only challenge was deciding on just two or three flavors when all ten options were so enticing.

We stopped by for some coffee and snacks, but found the ice cream sundaes to be overpriced. The ham salad sandwich was big, fresh, and delicious, but the tray bakes were too big and dry.

Arrived here at 7:50pm for a quick ice cream before heading home. was informed that the premises closes at 8 despite saying 10:00pm online. staff didn't seem interested keep the place open to 8 unfortunately its the last time I visit here. so if your planning on heading to morellis 10 mins before closing think wisely and choose somewhere else.

I have not dropped in for a big ice cream sundae for a long time. went in on a Saturday night , surprised to get a table without too much fuss and a mega ice cream : really hard to beat , we normally have the fry in the morning......but what a treat!
