I am appalled that the manager would steal $7000 from a grandmother. It is clear that he intentionally manipulated the books and took advantage of her. When she approached you about this, you should have taken immediate action. This behavior is unacceptable and disgraceful.
This restaurant is terrible. Trying to charge someone 7K for a bad sandwich is unconscionable. Avoid at all costs. This place deserves to be shut down.
They like to charge a loyal customer over $7,000.00 for a 6 INCH sub and refuses to fix the MISTAKE MAYBE ITS TIME THIS COMPANY MAKES SOME CHANGES OR A LAWSUIT NEEDS TO HAPPEN!!! be careful out there ppl check your totals!!!!!! shame on you subway and Bank of America too!!!!(One star because I had to in order to leave a review)
