Applebee's Grill - College Station

Every time I walk in this place I am greeted by friendly faces. Servers and bartenders have always been very attentive, the drinks are cold, and the food is delicious! Management does a great job in interacting with us, the guests, and making sure we are happy. Three years in coming here and I've yet to have had a negative experience!

It was good. Had some beer and the nachos with beef. They could have had more beef but after the first beer they were awesome. Waitress was prompt and very friendly as well and the place was clean and tidy. Can't go wrong coming here!

Decent food at decent prices, but the drinks are ALWAYS on point. Can be quite busy and loud, but service is always really good, even when dealing with rude customers. As a server, I know what I'm looking for, and the employees here do a good job of taking care of customers the right way. My only issue is the food is often slightly overcooked, and takes a while sometimes (even when it's not packed). But the servers always make up for it with a smile here, a joke there, and all around great demeanor.

First off, there are some really good people that work here. I've visited a few times in the past several years and we've always had good service. The menu is nice and varied. The food though isn't always the best quality. The place can use a good cleaning too. The floors are sticky and the walls look like they can use a good scrubbing too. There are several things that need repair and upkeep. This place could be better if it could clean up and repair as well as keep a better watch on food and quality.
