Schlotzsky's - College Station

For the first time in years I could eat here. the person who took our order was simply not very thorough. this was surprising as this location is in aggieland. we get in the regular excellent service. we share the turkey avocado sandwich. it was good, much for two limited soft drinks on our stand table before we sit down. bathroom in order, but could be cleaner. I guess my expectations were too high. will eat here again, next time in the city.

I have never been here before. I walked in order a sandwich with JUST turkey, Mayo, lettuce cheese, jalapeños. My boyfriend ordered a sandwich with JUST turkey, bacon, lettuce onion. Before he went and made my sandwich I looked at my receipt and it didn’t say Mayo on mine so I went up and asked him to make sure there is Mayo on it bc I didn’t see it on the receipt. He said yeah there will be Mayo.I got my sandwich. There was tomato and the littlest bit on Mayo on mine like they tried to scrape it off. On my boyfriends there was Mayo, cheese, tomatoes that he didn’t ask for. This guy does not know how to follow directions. What if one of us were allergic to one of those things

Food was overpriced. Not very good. And they gave it to me in a bag that was soaking wet so when I got home and tried to take the food inside, it all fell out through the bottom. Not satisfied

I had a good experience here! Food was good, service was fast, and place was awesome!Will definitely come again!

Called and placed my pick up order over the phone. Got to the restaurant and parked in the curbside. When I called to get my order, I was told they couldn’t take my payment over the phone and since their lobby was closed, my only option was to go through the drive thru that had 12 cars in it. I asked if someone could come out and take my credit card but that wasn’t their policy. And if I had waited in the drive thru, my sandwich would have been sitting there for half an hour. I left without my food and will not be going back. Horrible customer service!
